Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze global Insights data to identify performance trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers on QA and service metrics.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend improvements in tools, training, or process.
• Produce and present monthly KPI reports, scorecards, and board-level insights.
• Track customer satisfaction, reduce error rates, and support continuous improvement culture.
• Ensure consistent methodology in all reviews and data audits.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience with stakeholder management and data systems.
• Analytical background with experience in data reporting, QA, and dashboards.
• Ability to influence training, policy, and process improvement decisions.
• Excellent organization, documentation, and time management abilities.
• Preferred: Lean Six Sigma, project management experience, or working with 3rd-party vendors.
