Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Resolve a wide range of customer concerns including billing, product/service issues, and general inquiries.
- Demonstrate empathy and maintain professionalism in all customer interactions.
- Follow up with clients to ensure resolution satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or supervisors.
- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and company policies, including data protection.
- Maintain clear and detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams for cross-functional resolution.
- Participate actively in training and provide feedback to improve service efficiency.
Qualifications
- Graduate fresher or undergraduate with 2 years experience preferred.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in additional European languages is a bonus.
- Customer-focused with ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems is advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
