What You’ll Do

• Post and manage job ads on multiple boards.
• Conduct active candidate outreach via LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Build screening and assessment processes including video interviews, evaluations, and rubrics.
• Review applications, assess candidates, and perform background checks.
• Create shortlists and coordinate candidate communication and feedback.
• Manage relationships with universities, colleges, events, and institutional partners.
• Build employer brand presence through networking and events.
• Continuously refine recruitment processes and report performance metrics.
• Create SOPs and manage action items from client calls.

What You’ll Need

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a startup or scale‑up environment.
• Advanced skills in candidate screening, interviewing, and assessment.
• Systems thinking, problem‑solving ability, and process improvement focus.
• Highly resourceful, strong sense of urgency, and detail‑oriented.
• Exceptional communication and emotional intelligence skills.
• Strong organisational skills and work ethic.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Schedule & Location

• Fully remote role for India‑based candidates.
• Working hours: Mon to Fri, 13:30 IST – 22:30 IST (UK 08:00–17:00).
