Job Summary
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Customer Support II professional to join our India team (Hyderabad-based). In this back-office role, you’ll process customer correspondence, validate critical documentation, and ensure compliance with legal and internal policies—all while working remotely and contributing to a global mission to improve financial access and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process and categorize customer correspondence.
