Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to merchants to guide them through the onboarding process.
- Assist with KYC documentation and compliance requirements.
- Track progress and follow up for pending submissions.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for resolution and activation.
- Maintain detailed records of merchant interactions and onboarding status.
Requirements
- 1–2 years in onboarding, telecalling, fintech, or customer support roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
- Basic understanding of KYC processes, payment gateways, and compliance norms.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and follow-up workflows.
- Customer-first mindset and strong problem-solving attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate from any stream.
- Experience in payments, banking, or fintech is an advantage.
- Knowledge of KYC regulations and merchant compliance.
