Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new customers onto Astra’s cybersecurity platform
- Drive product adoption and ensure long-term customer success and retention
- Manage account renewals and upsell/cross-sell complementary offerings
- Maintain high Net Promoter Score (NPS) by actively addressing customer needs
- Coordinate across security, sales, and marketing teams for effective delivery
- Attend to daily client communications via email, chat, and phone
- Track performance metrics using customer success tools and platforms
Skills & Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Support, or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of computer science and cybersecurity concepts
- Stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and organized in a fully remote work environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SaaS platforms or cybersecurity companies
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Intercom, or customer success software
- Passion for tech, security, and delivering great customer experiences
