Roles & Responsibilities
- Offer prompt, accurate, and courteous support to customers via chat, phone, and support tickets.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Vimeo’s video platform to guide users and solve issues efficiently.
- Build trusted relationships with premium customers and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Identify and escalate technical issues to engineering or product teams as needed.
- Assist in documenting help resources and FAQs for internal and customer use.
- Proactively update the public status page during system outages or critical issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Customer Success, Engineering, and Sales.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: Graduation in any discipline (Arts, Commerce, Science, or Tech).
- Age: Minimum 18 years. No upper age limit.
- Prior experience in chat support, SaaS platforms, or video tech is preferred but not mandatory.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of digital video/audio formats (HEVC, AAC preferred).
- Basic working knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Comfortable learning and using new digital tools.
