About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle. The role requires designing and executing sourcing strategies, coordinating with hiring managers, and building a strong employer brand. The ideal candidate is well-versed in recruitment tools and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement recruitment strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define job requirements.
- Use job boards, referrals, and networks to source candidates.
- Enhance employer branding and deliver a positive candidate experience.
- Analyze hiring metrics to optimize recruitment outcomes.
Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with lateral, bulk, or tech hiring.
- Familiarity with ATS and HR software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding of employment regulations and HR best practices.
Eligibility
- Any graduate with relevant HR experience.
- Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.
