• Job Type: Full-time, Night Shift
• Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST

Role Overview

As a Campus Recruiter, you’ll lead volume hiring across U.S. universities to onboard student brand ambassadors. This role blends recruitment with sales, involving outbound campaigns, interviews coordination, and continuous engagement with prospects.

Responsibilities

• Research U.S. schools and source leads via LinkedIn.
• Execute recruitment campaigns via calls, emails, texts.
• Screen candidates and schedule prospect interviews.
• Collaborate with training, HR, and leadership teams.
• Maintain recruiting dashboards and weekly metrics.

Requirements

• Fluent in English with strong written and oral communication.
• 1+ years of experience in recruitment, sales, or outreach.
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
• Experience in LinkedIn sourcing preferred.
• Freshers with passion for people and communication may apply.
