Key Responsibilities
- Investigate seller transactions and evaluate fraud risks.
- Communicate with sellers and stakeholders via phone/email.
- Document actions and decisions using internal tools.
- Review Safe-T claims and make grant/no-grant decisions.
- Use performance metrics to improve investigation accuracy.
- Escalate unresolved issues to relevant teams as per SOP.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–1 year of work experience (Freshers eligible).
- Excellent communication in English (spoken & written).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret large sets of data.
- Proven ability to work independently and meet productivity targets.
