About the Role
This internship is ideal for driven individuals looking to make an impact through product innovation. You’ll work closely with Customer Research and Product teams, bringing customer insights into the core of Aspire’s product development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, distribute, and analyze user surveys.
- Coordinate and assist with customer interviews and usability testing.
- Support competitor benchmarking and conduct secondary research.
- Manage research logistics such as scheduling and documentation.
- Create research summaries and contribute to team presentations.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to meet research needs.
- Improve research processes, templates, and reporting workflows.
Minimum Qualifications
- Basic understanding of UX research methods (e.g. interviews, surveys, usability testing).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Slides, Typeform, and Figma.
- Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to apply them in real-world use cases.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Prior experience with user research projects (coursework, internships, or personal).
- Exposure to survey tools, benchmarking studies, or participant management.
- Strong interest in fintech, startups, and B2B SaaS products.
