Key Responsibilities

  • Own brand relations, fill rates, and streamline direct brand supply chain.
  • Drive vendor experience and satisfaction through best practices.
  • Manage payouts and meet P&L objectives via brand partnerships.
  • Close general/festive assortment deals with vendors.
  • Identify gaps and implement industry insights to enhance brand supply.
  • Collaborate across supply chain, finance, ops, growth & analytics teams.
  • Establish SOPs and scalable brand-vendor engagement models.
  • Track KPIs for fulfillment, assortment, and vendor SLAs.

Qualifications

  • MBA from a Tier-1 institute (required).
  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in FMCG or E-commerce (MT/Retail).
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to solve ambiguous business problems independently.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and execution skills.
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and high ownership mindset.
