Key Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent value to customers through regular check-ins and updates.
- Create and manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution via engineering teams.
- Follow up with customers to ensure completion of onboarding and ongoing action items.
- Monitor and assign internal tasks for project delivery milestones.
- Assist in setting up and managing direct software integrations for clients.
- Send reminders and notifications to ensure timely user engagement.
- Coordinate contract renewals and ensure all SLAs are met.
- Contribute to customer success programs and assist in improving customer satisfaction scores (CSAT/NPS).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Prior experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role (B2B preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and client-facing skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze customer data and translate into actionable insights.
- Tech-savvy and quick to grasp complex software tools or SaaS platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with SaaS, IT Ops, or finance-related products is a plus.
