Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chat
- Clarify customer needs, provide accurate information using decision-support tools
- Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in every interaction
- Resolve routine and escalated customer issues independently
- Ensure service delivery meets client KPIs and quality standards
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly in internal systems
- Promote additional products/services if applicable
- Handle sensitive and explicit content (only applicable for Content Moderator roles)
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate/Undergraduate in any discipline
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening, probing, and problem-solving skills
- Adaptable to changes and rotational shifts
- Ability to multitask in a high-production environment
- Basic computer navigation and typing proficiency
- Team player with attention to detail and professionalism
