Key Responsibilities
- Maintain Help Centre, FAQs, canned responses, and chatbot content.
- Log and manage customer disputes across markets.
- Process GDPR/data-removal requests promptly and compliantly.
- Gather and publish weekly metrics for CS team reporting.
- Track tech-issue trends and escalate to product/tech teams.
- Update internal process docs and support cross-team data needs.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with spreadsheets and data-entry tools.
- Experience with help-centre or knowledge-base content.
- Comfortable working under structured processes.
- Great communicator and collaborator across time zones.
- Ability to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and follow-up issues.
