Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and update Help Centre, chatbot FAQs, canned responses.
• Track and manage disputes with high accuracy across markets.
• Coordinate GDPR/data deletion requests in compliance with law.
• Prepare customer success reporting data (weekly/monthly).
• Document and maintain SOPs, internal guides, and knowledge base.
• Monitor tech issues and escalate trends to Product & Tech teams.
• Support bulk customer comms with canned templates.

Qualifications

• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working independently and following structured tasks.
• Skilled in spreadsheets, documentation, and admin tools.
• Attuned to brand tone and written communication.
• Collaborative, process-driven, and proactive in spotting inconsistencies.
• Ability to work in UK hours.

Success Metrics

• 100% disputes managed within SLA.
• Weekly Help Centre & content updates aligned with business changes.
• Accurate metrics for reports delivered on-time.
• Quarterly doc audits with version control maintained.
• 100% of GDPR/data requests fulfilled within deadlines.
