Job Summary
As a Customer Service Expert L-1, you’ll assist customers in property transactions by handling calls, resolving queries, and offering personalized solutions. This is a full-time remote role with fixed working hours and incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via inbound/outbound calls.
- Help users find tenants or homes based on preferences.
- Track follow-ups, update customers regularly, and maintain CRM records.
- Ensure high satisfaction through timely communication and service quality.
Eligibility Criteria
- 10th/12th/Diploma/Graduate from any stream.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Word).
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English + Hindi.
Technical Requirements
- Laptop with webcam and working mic.
- Stable internet connection (Wi-Fi preferred).
- Power backup recommended.
