Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and effectively to student inquiries via email and phone.
• Provide accurate information about courses, policies, and procedures.
• Proactively reach out to students to understand and resolve concerns.
• Address and resolve complaints while focusing on high CSAT scores.
• Collaborate with product team to improve student experience based on feedback.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams.
• Update students on query status and perform interaction quality checks.
• Generate reports on support metrics (response time, satisfaction, resolution rate).
• Ensure data confidentiality and handle escalations as per company policy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in customer support.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Comfortable with Google Sheets, Docs, and support tools.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (undergraduates may apply).
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and crisis-handling skills.
