Location: PAN India (Only Indian Residents Eligible)
CTC: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Shift: Rotational Shifts (9 hours/day including 1-hour break)
Working Days: 6 days/week with 1 rotational weekly off

Role Overview

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the voice of Flipkart. You will interact with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support for orders, deliveries, returns, payments, and more. The goal is to ensure a seamless shopping experience for all Flipkart customers by maintaining a professional, empathetic, and solution-driven communication approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer calls and provide prompt, accurate resolutions.
  • Handle complaints, order tracking, delivery delays, refunds, and escalations with clarity and professionalism.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the system for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient handling of queries within defined SLAs.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Flipkart’s products, policies, and support protocols.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Open to freshers and experienced professionals.
  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary) or above.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English are mandatory.
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

  • Ability to handle pressure and manage high call volumes.

  • Processor: Intel i5/i7 or AMD Ryzen 5/7 (i3/Ryzen 3 not allowed)
  • Operating System: Windows 10 Pro or Windows 11 Pro
  • RAM: Minimum 8GB
  • Internet: Stable broadband connection of 40–45 Mbps (Wi-Fi or LAN)
  • Accessories: USB Headset with Mic and Webcam
  • Power Backup: Inverter/UPS backup during working hours is mandatory
