- Supervisor: Diploma in any stream + 5 Years Exp
- Asst. Foreman: Diploma in Mech/Elect/Auto + 5 Years
- Assistant F&A: Graduate in Commerce + 5 Years
- Assistant MM/P&A: Diploma or Graduate + 5 Years
- Operators (MRP/Crane/Excavator/Tipper/Loader): ITI/10th + 1 Year + 2-Year-old HEME/HMV License
- Mechanic: ITI in Mech/Fitter/Auto + 1 Year
- Electrician: ITI in Electrical + 1 Year
- Welder: ITI + Third-party certified + 1 Year
