Key Responsibilities
- Craft powerful and engaging narratives for YouTube and Josh Talks platforms.
- Research audience trends, speakers, and themes to drive content resonance.
- Script, direct, and collaborate with production to ensure content excellence.
- Create compelling thumbnails, video titles, and marketing copy to boost reach.
- Engage in performance analytics to refine storytelling strategies.
- Source and onboard new speakers aligned with audience aspiration.
Required Skills
- Strong writing background — especially in storytelling and copywriting.
- Experience with YouTube Studio, Photoshop, Canva, and content scheduling tools.
- Flair for audience-driven script ideation and content planning.
- Proficiency in data-backed decisions and structured thinking.
- Passion for inspiring the youth of Bharat through powerful voices.
Preferred
- 1+ year of scripting experience for YouTube.
- Understanding of tier-2 audience preferences and Bharat storytelling culture.
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets and Forms.
