Key Responsibilities
- Lead a remote team of 8–10 Sales Assist Representatives, fostering an inclusive and high-performance culture.
- Drive revenue and customer growth targets using strategic sales execution and operational excellence.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop sales talent, instilling a culture of feedback, learning, and accountability.
- Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Core Sales, and Product leaders to align on goals and messaging.
- Provide regular coaching via chat/call reviews, deal pipeline reviews, and personalized development plans.
- Oversee sales forecasting and data accuracy using HubSpot, Gong, and internal reporting tools.
- Elevate customer conversations by being a trusted automation advisor.
- Champion customer insights to help refine product roadmap and improve cross-functional alignment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of SaaS or platform sales experience; 2+ years managing sales/upsell teams.
- Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, compliance, and scalable growth models.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to build new processes and teams.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to align stakeholders and coach global team members.
- Passionate about automation and emerging technologies like AI.
- Experience working across time zones with distributed remote teams.
