Position	Sales Expert L-1

Salary	₹12,000 – ₹14,000 in-hand + ₹2,000 allowance + incentives
Shift	9-hour login between 8 AM – 10 PM
Working Days	6 Days a Week (1 Weekday Off)

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and convert leads into paying users.
• Explain NoBroker services and guide users through the process.
• Update and manage leads in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: 10th, 12th, Diploma, Graduate, or Postgraduate.
• Experience: 0 to 3 years (Freshers are eligible).
• Languages Required: English + Hindi + any one (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu).
• Basic MS Office knowledge and good communication skills.
• Should be comfortable with outbound sales calls and using CRM tools.

System Requirements

• Laptop or desktop with webcam and microphone.
• Stable internet connection with minimum 100 Mbps speed.
• Power backup is mandatory to handle outages.
