Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize process flows (BOT, IVR, support flows) based on deep ticket analysis and VOC data.
- Identify failure points and recommend automation solutions to enhance support efficiency.
- Own VOC insights and help prioritize problem areas across customer support teams.
- Monitor POD-level metrics and help resolve performance bottlenecks in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Create narratives and participate in weekly/monthly business reviews to report progress and wins.
What We’re Looking For
- Structured problem solver with strong analytical and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Hands-on experience with VOC, process audits, metric dashboards, and RCA.
- Data-savvy, curious, and able to challenge as-is processes to innovate.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
