Key Responsibilities
- Call and qualify potential customers to schedule leads for sales team.
- Maintain CRM records and handle outbound communication.
- Support internal stakeholders with appointment setting and coordination.
- Follow-up with customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Upsell additional services when needed.
Qualifications
- Graduation in any stream (regular 10+2+3).
- Good verbal communication in English & regional language (Kannada or Marathi).
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and outbound sales process.
- Customer-focused mindset and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
