Key Responsibilities
- Support reinsurance operations through collections processing and reporting.
- Perform cash reconciliations and resolve remittance discrepancies.
- Manage OTC collections, debt reporting, and bad debt provisioning.
- Prepare and supply refund packages accurately to clients.
- Update collection activities in designated tools and ensure process compliance.
- Work under moderate guidance and contribute as an individual team member.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in finance operations or accounting.
- Educational background: BCom / CA / CA Inter.
- Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written).
- Familiarity with reinsurance, collections, and ERP-based operations.
- Ability to analyze and solve lower-complexity financial problems.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
