Job Summary
Aircall is hiring Customer Support Specialists to join its global team. This is a fully remote opportunity tailored for professionals in India who can support users during evening shifts and weekends. If you’re a tech-savvy communicator passionate about customer satisfaction and solving technical challenges, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound support tickets and inquiries in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to the Aircall platform.
- Guide users through product features, updates, and integrations.
- Collaborate with global support, product, and engineering teams for efficient issue resolution.
- Be an advocate for customers and continuously suggest product improvements.
Work Schedule
- Work during weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Two weekdays off (Monday to Friday).
- Shifts scheduled between 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM (India time).
- 8 working hours per day with 1-hour break.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1+ year of experience in B2B SaaS customer support or relevant field.
- Excellent communication in English (spoken and written).
- Comfortable using ticketing tools, CRM platforms, and online support systems.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to explain technical concepts to users.
- Capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing queries under pressure.
- Strong customer empathy and conflict resolution skills.
- Fluency in Spanish or French is a plus.
