Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver impactful training sessions for onboarding and career development.
- Create engaging e-learning courses, presentations, and job aids using modern instructional design techniques.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand process changes and new product features.
- Evaluate training success through KPIs and continuous performance analysis.
- Use coaching, job-shadowing, and LMS tools to support effective learning.
- Ensure documentation of training materials, actions, and reports for leadership visibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent in English (C1+ written and spoken).
- Proven experience in training delivery or instructional design.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and digital learning tools.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent communication, time management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and present them effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in fintech, banking, or regulatory support.
- Familiarity with data tools such as Metabase or Looker.
- Video or image editing skills to enhance training content.
