About the Role
LawSikho is offering a high-growth Sales Trainee program for fresh graduates who wish to build a successful career in EdTech sales. You’ll receive hands-on training, mentoring, and real sales exposure – all while working from home. This role is designed to identify talent, train them in consultative selling, and convert them into performance-based sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with potential learners via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Understand their career goals and suggest the most relevant programs
- Maintain accurate lead data and follow-ups using a CRM
- Meet and exceed training and post-training performance goals
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth learner onboarding

Work Schedule
