Key Responsibilities
- Address and resolve student queries at the support desk with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain consistent communication via phone and in-person interactions.
- Follow defined SOPs to ensure standard service quality.
- Keep records of all interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions accurately.
- Communicate with internal teams and departments to support student needs effectively.
- Ensure high-quality service and continuously look for ways to improve support processes.
- Gather feedback from students and forward it for systemic improvements.
- Contribute to special support projects when required.
Qualifications
