
Tech Mahindra is hiring for the position of Customer Support Associate – Chat Process. This is a remote, non-voice opportunity suitable for freshers and experienced professionals fluent in Hindi, Bengali, and English.

Salary: ₹12,375 – ₹14,936 (Based on Experience)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Shift: Rotational
Job Responsibilities
- Resolve customer queries through live chat support only (non-voice).
- Ensure accurate and timely responses in accordance with quality standards.
- Work schedule includes 9.5 hours login with a 1-hour break.
- Planned leaves are not allowed during the first 3 months.
- Minimum required typing speed: 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary).
- Proficiency in Hindi, Bengali, and English is mandatory.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
System Requirements (Mandatory)
- Operating System: Windows 10 or above
- RAM: Minimum 8GB
- Processor: Intel i5 / Ryzen 5 or higher
- Internet Speed: Minimum 20 Mbps broadband connection
- Equipment: USB headset and webcam
