Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI models, conduct data assessments, and offer performance insights.
• Assist in interpreting data patterns and identifying areas of customer growth.
• Collaborate across departments including product, support, and marketing teams.
• Work on stakeholder communication and deliverables tracking.
• Provide timely resolutions to customer queries and feedback loops.
• Engage in experimentation and creative ideation for AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any field – Arts, Science, Commerce, or Technology.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written English).
• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand user intent.
• Analytical thinking and keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in adapting to new digital tools.
• Passion for artificial intelligence and business transformation.

Work Experience

Both freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply. Prior experience in customer success, data analysis, or support roles is a plus but not mandatory.
